Lotus Organizer files (Lotus Development's Lotus Organizer).
.OR2 through .OR5 are part of a sequential extension series. Lotus used the extensions to define the version number of the software to which the files were compatible - . ie: .OR2=v2 .OR3=v97 .OR4=4.1 and v97GS .OR5=v5.
